Instructor Information

Welcome to the Instructor Portal. You will use this site to review academic accommodation letters for your current student(s):

• Choose "Courses" to view letters by course; then by individual. When viewing a letter, note that it will display the current day's date.
• Choose "Accommodation letters" to see a list of all letters. This includes their ORIGINAL date as well as your confirmation date.
• The complete information and accommodation specific guides plus necessary forms noted in the letter are available in this Google folder: ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATION GUIDES

You will also use this site for student requests to use the Academic Support Center private testing rooms. This can happen in two ways:

• You may submit an exam date, time and duration for your accessibility students to select from and request a testing space.
• Students may submit a request to test for the exam date; you will receive an email notification directing you to the site for review.
• In both scenarios you may upload exam materials.
