You can request your accommodation letter in this section. Once submitted it will be automatically approved. If you are requesting changes, the accessibility resources coordinator will be notified. You may need to meet with them.
Once a request has been approved your instructor will receive an email and instructions on how to access your accommodation letter via the instructor portal. You are able to access your own accommodation letter at any time once your request has been approved.
